Your roots are grey, you have no time to go to the hair salon to fix it and your regular appointment is a week away. What does a girl do?
My Emmy Award Winning, Stylist to the Stars friend, Enzo Angeleri gave me some fabulous advice.
Enzo’s Brilliant Tips For Covering Grey Roots:
- Eyeshadow: Every woman has eye shadow in her makeup draw. Take a brush or sponge and apply an eye shadow color that is close to your hair color. For blondes try a beige color.
- Mascara: For dark brown or black hair just pull out your mascara wand and apply. Darker roots tend to have a more natural look.
- Headband: If your grey is at your hairline a great looking headband can be a temporary fix until you get to the salon.
- Messing up your part: If your grey is in your part then simply mess up your part a little so that the grey is not so visible.
