Looking at colors and wearing color is a different set of rules. Jane walks the red carpet on the left in a bright yellow gown. Our eye is pulled to the mass of yellow making her secondary. We see the gown first and then Jane, that’s not the way its supposed to be. On the right a little color adjustment brings Jane into exquisite harmony. Aaahhh
